Returns:
If you want to return a product, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product should be in its original packaging and same condition, to be eligible for a return. The cost of return shipping has to be endured by you.

Refund:
The retuned product is examined by our team to make sure it is in the original condition. If found satisfactory, the refund will be processed within 15-20 business days.
Only the cost of the product is eligible for refund. The handling and shipping fees, are not refundable. Also, the freebies and gifts are to be returned along with the product.
Exchange:
You can apply for the exchange of a defective product within 7 days of receiving your order. The item will be replaced for free and no additional shipping cost is charged from you.
Cancellation:
If you want to cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible. After the order has been shipped, the cancellation is still applicable, but the cost of shipping is to be charged from you.
